ISB ball transfer basic type. Machining main body can smoothly convey heavy loads, and can rotate while transferring.

Point contact mechanism is robust and precise. The point contact mechanism of IS type ball transfer with less friction coefficient enables heavy cargo to move 360 degree easily.

Nylon, ceramic bal, rust resistance type, hard chrome finishing is also available upon request.

Spring-loaded ball transfers enable self-adjustment for even load distribution. 

Applications include shearing machines, presses, and molding machines, die setting, tool bases, press brakes, and shock loading applications.Spring durability over one million times. (Spring can be replaced)

IS-BK spring loaded ball transfers are used for press machine die setting and die removal. With the built-in spring, convey, position, and clamp the die on the press bed by retracting mechanism without replacing the ball transfers from bolster.

More stable IS-BF type (flange type) and embedded IS-BM type are also available.
